Took one pill with food in morning. Even taking with food, it upset my stomach and made me nauseous. It did nothing to curb my appetite. It left me jittery all day and unable to sleep at night. So first off, this product is intended to help suppress appetite and so it does, it truly has a good blend of ingredients to help you not eat as much as you normally would. My suggestion to the manufacturer is a serious one, there are 2 major issues with this product that once addressed will make it perfect. First, please reduce the amount of caffeine to 400mg, the amount considered by the FDA to be safe for most healthy adults to be consumed in a day. 425mg currently in the product is too high, thus causing some to have adverse reactions. You absolutely cannot drink coffee, soda, or anything else containing caffeine while taking this supplement. Please be aware! Second, please remove Red 40 dye, it is carcinogenic and is absolutely unnecessary in this product. Make the capsule transparent, it does nothing for effectiveness of this supplement. It is already great for appetite suppression. So if manufacturer changes those 2 things, this will be better than ozempic or any other prescription drug that helps with weight management. I hope someone reads this and does listen to the above suggestions, you will have so many more loyal customers if you do.

I had to stop taking it because it made me feel really strange and not in a good way. I call it head zombie. It did stop me from getting hungry but the side effect on my brain was not good for me.

So I struggle a lot with food noise. I am constantly thinking about food and over eating way too much because I don’t know when I’m full. Anyways this took the food noise away and I don’t even think about food. Honestly I forgot to eat for 2 days because I wasn’t hungry and wasn’t thinking about food. It’s not healthy to do that but I honestly forgot. I recommend this to anyone who struggles with food noise and over eating. I havnt had any side affects from this but I also take other vitamins with it so that could be why. I’m really sad that they are sold out right now but to any one of the edge about getting these I say to do it. Price is good and affordable and they work.

Bought this about 2 months ago and just started using it. I have used it for 5 days now and thought I would get used to the extreme nausea and severe headache but it got so bad I had to stop. I had such a bad reaction that I actually thought I was gonna die. After 2 days in bed and so many tums I feel well enough to review this product but I won't be able to get out of bed yet. I woke up with my dog and cat both trying to wake me up. Please be careful because obviously some people can have dangerous side effects.

I don't like how strong the pills are, it makes me nauseous and feel high strung. I literally looked at my pupils to see if they were big like saucers. Lol.I think they would work well if the caffeine wasn't so high. I am not a big coffee or caffeine drinker so I feel it extra and I'm sure I am not the only person feeling this way. I was really excited about seeing some results, but can't get thru a day without feeling queezy. I do feel a little better when I have something on my stomach but caffeine just makes it loopy . The price for the pills makes me not want to thru them away even though I have paid more for other supplements. I will figure something.
