This grape seed extract arrived packaged well. It has a dropper which doesn’t fill very easily so it makes it a bit difficult to make sure you get the right amount. I am not a huge fan of tinctures but I do find your body gets more of the nutrients from tinctures versus pills. This extract is very sweet, so it makes it tricky if you decide to add it to a drink because it can change the taste. I have opted to just take the dose from the dropper and then drink water. I have finished the bottle and I didn’t have any negative side effects. I didn’t see improvements really in the things I was hoping for but it will probably take more than just one bottle to see the benefits. I am planning to order another bottle and continue use.

I must say, this stuff tastes like candy... almost too sweet. But that sure beats the opposite!Easy to take, smells and tastes decent, and made with quality ingredients. The price is on target with other similar supplements I have used prior.Since I haven't taken the product for a full 30 days yet, I cannot claim any effects on my skin. But I can attest that there has been no negative/adverse reactions to to the product.I will continue to use!
