My son absolutely loves riding it! The design is both sleek and thoughtfully made, ensuring a fun and safe experience for young riders. We ran into an issue for the button, and got timely support from the customer service to help us resolve the problem.

…I only wish we didn’t need to bother them!We bought this scooter for our son as a Christmas gift (2024). It’s an awesome scooter! Easy to use, variable speeds, good brakes, absolutely love it! We charged it regularly, but late in February our son mentioned that it was “broken” and couldn’t ride it with the motor anymore. Basically, you would try to power it on like normal, but as soon as you release the power button, it would turn off, even after a full (overnight) charge. We’re looking at less than 2 months of periodic use, so that’s worrisome.I reached out to the company and they have been VERY responsive. Just over the course of a few weeks, I’ve received respomses In less than 24 hours to every email, troubleshooting video tutorials, and even a new throttle in the mail to swap out. When none of those things worked, they agreed to replace the scooter with a brand new scooter, which is great!I’m giving 5 stars right now because the scooter is really awesome and so is the customer service. Once we get the new scooter and use it for a while, I’ll definitely post an update.

Shortly after my daughter started using it (Christmas) an error message showed up, E7, and it stopped working. I reached out to the company. They requested I try a few things which did not work. We corresponded back and forth with limited delay. They then asked for video, photos and the proof of purchase. I sent all of that and they stopped responding. Product is junk and costumer service sucks.***edited to add***Customer service reached out to make this issue right. They offered to send a replacement scooter. I will update this review if that doesn’t happen.

Great features and durable! Purchased for 6 yr. Old son. He’s been riding it almost everyday since Christmas and it is holding up great! All features LCD display, Bluetooth speaker, lights, are all still in perfect condition. We’ve even had to raise the handlebars due to growth spurt. The riding time is a lot longer than I expected. Many times riding it for over an hour without needing a charge. He loves the kickstand and insists to leave it in the house when it’s not in use. Great product!

We order the scooter for our daughter for Christmas it ran great. The break recently broke off so we reach out to customer service. They were very quick with a response and very helpful. They are mailing us the part we need free of charge. We were not expecting to not have to pay for the part.

My son LOVES this scooter from Gyroor. It lasts a long time on a charge, the led lights are super cool and it's smooth going up or downhill around our neighborhood. Its built very well and should stand up to how hard my son is on toys and it cane cery well packaged. Best gift ever! Customer service is awesome as well!! Highly recommend

My 8 Year old Loves this Scooter! Goes fast Lol He loves zipping through the neighbor. Great product and great customer service I needed a replacement throttle and they answered my request right away! They contacted the warehouse and they sent it to me! I am so happy I was able to get helped. If you are going to buy this buy it from them! I am glad I chose this company to buy from. Thank you

It worked great having options like different speeds so you can learn how to ride and music through Bluetooth and lights on the bottom make this scooter amazing to ride at night.
