They really nailed the Birthday Cake flavor in these bars. The only downside is their texture - they are very soft, squishy and actually have a bit of give before pulling apart (Like really *really* soft taffy).If you can get past the odd texture, they're delicious and very good for you.I've used Quest products for help with my diet, allowing me to stick within my calories and still get a good portion of protein throughout the day.

First of all, I love this product it. It reminds me of rice krispies treats! My low rating is because, while the case box was closed, there were 3 bars inside whose packaging was open on both ends.

These are actually very good and the calories are decent as well. I was shocked. It is the Hero variety. I've had plenty of protein bars and the Birthday cake flavors can be hit or miss. This is a hit.
