Ok, but…
The book is very short, easy to read and understand. It is a simple message throughout the book that gets repeated a bit too much for me. What I appreciated most in the book was the FAQs and advice for challenging issues. What I feel missed in the book was more and better ideas/recipes with the “good” foods.
