I use this cap two ways.• I place my my long extension box braids in a top bun, put on a regular x-large swim cap and then puts this over it. Because the bun is so tall, my hair gets a little wet in the back when I'm swimming on my back.• The second method. I sometimes part my extension braids down the middle of my head placing 2 large braids towards the back. I then wrap those braids around my head in opposite directions. Like a criss cross in the back. This methods keeps my hair completely dry. However, I prefer the first method.Why? Although the second method keeps my hair completely dry, the braids wrapped around increases my head's circumference making my goggles uncomfortable and tight. It also takes more work to put the caps over the braids.So, the bun under the cap is just easier all around. Hope this is helpful.

It works, but if your locks are more than shoulder length it's hard to get them to fit in and the cap is tight. It worked but I had a headache.

Stylish swim cap & fits well. I read some other reviews of people saying it's too small or their hair still got wet. I think that was due to incorrect sizing. I ordered a size large, it's comfortable and is snug. I don't think I'm going to have issues with it this summer. I bought it to protect my lightened hair & sensitive scalp.

Was very disappointed with this. I followed the instructions and my hair got wet. Even the inside was wet when I took the cap off.

Followed the directions for putting it on and the inner cap still ripped along the edge. Bought for a cruise I'm going on in 2 days so no time to replace.

It keeps your hair from being soaked through while swimming; but there was a lot of water captured around the ears while swimming. That said, considering I bought it for aesthetic purposes, (having started wearing wigs to hide an alopecia setback and not wanting to draw attention to having hair missing when swimming) it was Sooo much more comfortable on my head than the You Go Natural (YGN) swim turban that took 20 gotd* years to arrive 🤨. I don't know if my not having a lot of hair, and a smaller head might have affected the fit. The YGN one made me worried that my neck arthritis was acting up; though it was, in fact, the over-tightness of the turban after about an hour of wear. I had no such compression pain issues after swimming in this one two different times. I am buying a second one, so I always have one dry and ready to go over the summer months.The turban knot style looks much better and easier to achieve with this one, too; though it's cheating a little with it 😉

I love my Turban it is just what I was looking for something to keep my hair dry and its not too tight and is very classics I will be ordering more.

This cap is amazing. I wear my hair in protective style. This swim cap seals great, so it's water resistant, it's durable, it has a beautiful design so you can wear it to and from the pool, and it's affordable.
