Well made.
The machine is very well made, packaged very nice,easy to assemble.. what I like the most about it is that it is portable and not very heavy. use it when you want and then just move it to one side..I can feel the difference that the arm exercise has made for me..not to long and not too short to use.. very adjustable. yes I recommend it.

The booklet should be more clear.
The assembly was a headache . I had to ask my son to help me . But overall is a good experience machine . My husband liked it too .
