Customer service is phenomenal. I had a question and what kind of water to use for the hydrogen water bottle and they were super quick and responding. They responded within one hour and were super nice and considerate with all my numerous questions. The water tasted so fresh and I love all how lightweight this bottle is. It is super sturdy. I dropped it on the floor accidentally a couple times and nothing happened. Not even a dent. The water stage really well inside the bottle and have not experienced any leakage at all. This is a very well built bottle and I will definitely be purchasing another one for my husband. Even his friends are asking me where I purchased the bottle.

I used the "6500 ppb Hydrogen Water Bottle Generator" twice and didn't notice anything unusual. However, on the third attempt I noticed it was making some hissing sounds before it completely blew off the top portion of the bottle.Luckily nobody was stuck by the exploding bottle, but the dent it left on the cabinet is proof the force and danger are real.I have attempted to call their customer service number and nobody ever picks up.
