Replacement without a Hitch
The dog and carry box arrived with a damaged function but was quickly replaced with no hastle. The return of the faulty item was made very easy and the packaging and return were organised at a local store. The replacement works perfectly and is great value and has become the favourite toy of my niece for Christmas.

Does what it says
This is as described and does what it says it does but after just a few uses, I feel this is massively overpriced for what it is and I should've gone with the £20-30 alternative. It is also quite noisy. It does seem good quality though.
