It worked fine
I know this got a few one star reviews, but it worked for me both from a battery powered laptop and a mains converter. For both a Braun S3 and a 5517.

Tied it left for over 6 hours in direct usb wall socket, did not charge. I can charge my macbook front he same usb port

Unfortunately we lost the charging cable for razor whilst on holiday so this was a very cheap alternative to purchasing a new electric razor as the Model and spare parts are no longer available from Braun

Did not charge my braun shaverTried it on 3 different USB ports. Borrowed an original charger which charged the shaver so can only conclude faulty product.Returned for refund, don’t normally post negative reviews but after 3 requests from vendor for feedback thought I would

It’s just a cable.
Bought as a replacement. So far does what it’s supposed to do. Too early to say how long it will last but it was competitively priced
