I love this mosquito bite pen. If i can use it within 10-15 minutes ill use setting 2, and the bite will never end up itching or being a bump. If i catch it late and use setting 3 then it satisfies and reduces how itchy it is really well. Instance relief, whats better? As a note of caution setting 3 is pretty hot, and 4 will literally give you a red spot, for kids or sensitive people you can use setting 2 and do 2-3 cycles and it will still help a lot on bites that have already begun to itch

The Itch Healer by BYEBITE is a handy tool for itch relief. Using heat and vibration, it provides quick relief from bites and stings. The device is rechargeable. The different heat settings are nice but I find that anything above 2 is too painful. I normally just use 2 and grit my teeth while it is operating. The brief pain is totally worth the relief that this gives. Most effective when used quickly after the initial bite but can still provide itch relief long after as well.
