Taste good ! It actually helps my gut, I did some research and found this product, it’s quite expensive tbh. Some of multivitamins are pills which I don’t like, gummy form is better but don’t have the super mushroom - I checked. A bit sticky! The whole bunch of gummies came clumped together, like they are not very fresh. The flavor is good, if you can get the sticky gummies apart. This ir is Pretty expensive for quality of item. I also do not like that citric acid was used with all the wonderful organic ingredients. Have to take 8 gummies per serving, (14 servings in pack).

They smell terrible in the bag not gonna lie but they don't taste bad and if if it's between these or drinking those green drinks that taste like lawn clippings I'd 1000% rather eat these things they arent earthy tasting you can tell it's a healthy gummie but yea Def would order again
