Good One.
I am very happy with the results and continues to take 2 capsules daily. This medicine is really working very good and delivered on time.It is full of anti-oxidants that neutralize free radicals in the body which reducing the effects of aging.It Promotes a healthy cardiovascular system.I took this everyday after meal and it is really good for my health. When i take them regular,it does makes me feel more active and healthy. These tablets are free from gluten, dairy and sugar.I am satisfied with their ingredients quality.

Very difficult to discover which, if any, supplement(s) to take, but Co-Q10 could be high on the list
Many medics and nutritionists believe that "Co-enzyme Q" is an underrated metabolic factor. Given that there are hundreds of different supplements on the market - and that no way would or could one take them all, or even know what to take - my personal (yours is probably different) choice at my age, condition, diet, life-style and "gut feeling" made me select my unique "should have" supplement cabinet, After some thought (I was a senior scientist) and plenty of researching on the internet, trying different supplements etc, I came up with these five: Co-Q10, Astaxanthin, Omega Oils #3, #6; #7 and #9, Taurine and Multi Vitamins+Minerals. I am thinking of dropping Co-Q10 for the next stage of my experimentation; right now, I feel fine, but certainly would not swear that these supplements have contributed significantly towards my well-being, as opposed to my wallet! As always in these matters, have a good chat with your physician first.

It is easy to swallow capsules. Absorbancy rate is not known correctly.Hence a slightly higher strength is used
