My son loves this toy car. He loves that the doors open and that the lights and sound are awesome too!!

My son loves his Dodge Charger model car. Lights come on, engine sounds and very sturdy! Great design and a fun toy, the details are very nice! No assembly needed !Worth the money spent!!

This was $26 at review time, which I think is overpriced. The rest of my review is glowing. I got the red one.The weight and build are good. The color looks bright. The switch allows turning on just the lights or enabling lights and sound animations by a couple of switches build into the front suspension and the steering wheel.The interior, underside and engine compartment have some detail including colored parts and chromed exhaust. The wheels have detailed brakes that show through the wheels.You'll need a good fingernail to open the doors and front hood, or use the provided tiny suction cup. I left it in the trunk to not lose it.The front wheels can be turned a little bit but spring return to center so I am not sure why they turn.It uses stacked button cell batteries: 3 X LR44, in case you want to get extras. The battery cover has a single screw.

I like collecting model cars and it fits my collection

I bought this Dodge Challenger model for my 7-year-old son, and it has quickly become his favorite toy! The detail on this die-cast car is impressive, especially for the price. He loves that the doors and hood open, and the sound effects really bring it to life during playtime. The pull-back feature is fun, and the car zooms across the floor with ease.The quality is solid—it's heavy and feels durable, making it perfect for kids who are a bit rough on their toys. This model also looks great on display for any car enthusiast. Overall, I highly recommend this as a gift for both kids and collectors!

My little cousin is a great lover of cars, so I thought this would be a great way to get him into the hobby of model collecting. The detail in the exterior is great, the doors and trunk open (hood does not), and the interior detail is standard (dash could use a bit more detail in my opinion). The biggest problem I had with this model was finding a screwdriver that could successfully separate the model from its well-secured base, and that is coming from someone who has 3+ dozen drill bits and DIY sets at her disposal. The screws are tiny, as is the passage to reach it, but once you get it separated the model is great fun to play with as well! The pull-back toy mechanism works great, and once you pull the tab from the bottom of the model, the car lights up when you open/close doors and make it move to simulate car lock beeps, headlights, tires squealing, etc. For me, the volume on this was a little loud, but that is more my opinion as an adult - the kids love it. For the detail level and fun, I'd probably consider this more worth $30, but if the sellers could include a small screwdriver to help with the removal of the model plate, than this is definitely worth the buy!
