The photos are from day 6. I used the Green Goddess seeds that came with the kit and arugula seeds I already had. The microgreens are strong and delicious. Delivery was fast and the packaging was awesome. I appreciate the clear, specific instructions and the extra grow mats. The artwork from one their children was such a nice touch. The kit is so great I ordered one for a friend for Christmas. Side note that might be helpful to some...I already had the basket that is in the photos. Works great to move the 3 Sproulet containers from no light (germination period) to sunlight. I have tried to create DIY microgreen growing kits but it just doesn't compare to how fast and easy the Sproulet system works. Do not hesitate to order this product. It's awesome!

I had a mason jar growing set, but I had to add the seeds and water and shake it every 8 hours for the first 4 day, but I work 10+ hour days, so they didn't always grow right. This was so much easier!

This is a cute compact way to home grow sprouts. It works like a dream the seeds included were of excellent quality and germinated lighting fast. It’s been a super fun project for the whole family they’ll be ready to eat in another day or two.

I really like this microgreen set. It's easy to use and has resulted in successfully greens. Directions are clear, setup is easy, and everything cleans up well, too. I really like that three containers are included, so I can grow greens at different stages. They're small enough to fit on my counters, but big enough to give a good sized yield. The one downside is that the mats are not designed for repeated use and will have to be replaced. Overall, nice set and great for microgreen beginners.

This is a comprehensive, high quality set, either for beginners or experienced gardeners, if you are growing these for your small family and just want a constant supply of fresh microgreens.I didn’t expect to like this set as much as I do! First, I’ve grown microgreens before, using a nursery tray and a hemp mat. They’re easy to grow, but I am only growing these for my small family, and I really don’t need a whole tray of microgreens ready all at the same time. Also, I like to grow different types of greens and putting them all in the same large nursery tray makes it messy to harvest because even though different seeds are in different parts of the tray, harvesting the greens was still a pain because they matured at different rates!With this cute Sproutlet set, each tray holds enough microgreens to easily harvest just that tray and have a generous portion for a couple or small family. Having these small trays make it easy to try different seeds or mixes to figure out what you like best! I got the ocean color which is a very pale blue.Here’s how they work.I received three microgreen tray sets, and each set contains a Water Reservoir, Mat Tray, and Humidity Dome (with adjustable slider on top to adjust the humidity). Each component of the tray set is made of high quality plastic, and should last a very very long time.The set also contains 12 grow mats, which wick water from the reservoir, a little plastic spoon (unnecessary IMO) and 2 different packages of mixed seeds.I was a little skeptical of the grow mats, as they are like a super soft, cotton felt. They sort of remind me a the square cotton facial wipes. They are not like a normal, black, wicking material. But these soft white wicking mats they seem to work well, and the whole setup looks attractive on a kitchen countertop or balcony garden! I also note that there are wicking mat refills available as well, which is important.I don’t really understand why microgreens are so expensive at the grocery store, but very happy to find this set so we can can microgreens all the time!

This is an interesting idea for growing microgreens. I'm guessing the mats are capillary mats. If they were a bit bigger I could use them as wicks in a self-watering setup for starting seeds. I received what is pictured here, but I'm a little put off by the lack of company information. Everything I received looks generic, aside from some branding on items inside the package. But no real information about who these people are or the source of the seeds. Especially for vegetables designed to be eaten in the sprout or microgreen stage, I'm not going to use them without knowing their origin. I'm disturbed by the lack of disclosure here.

I've tried many microgreens kits, and this one was designed thoughtfully. First, the color is nice. The size is smaller than the other microgreens kits I get, but that's okay because I like to grow different types of microgreens. The design of the wick that is built into the mat is smart. By far one of my favorite types of wicks - it works so quickly and well! I've got three sets of microgreens growing in these containers now and are on their way to sprouting. The grow guide is good for beginners. I like that it's laminated or written on plastic - that is good because I always get my growing area wet. This is going to last because of the way it was constructed. Now to the two bags of greens - the idea of Emerald Bliss and Green Goddess seeds is a nice inclusion, as is the tiny scoop for the seeds. I'm not seeing a down on this set, and believe me I've looked. Altogether, I'd say this is a great microgreens set, would make a nice gift, and I'm going to buy those grow pads again. I can't wait to try out the greens! Will let you know if anything bizarre happens, but I anticipate a nice crop.Update: they sprouted as anticipated and were so tasty. I loved the two mixes that came with the kit - one was spicy and one was normal greens. There are 9 mats with each of the boxes, so that's 9 trays of sprouts. In the description it says 48 - but you can get 9 out of this - it's still a good purchase, but that was a little strange.
