Product condition suggested it was a used product
Motherboard was not packed like a new one. DVD was scrached and used before. USB ports were not working. Processor port was covered with a paper and its seal was already broken. So overall, we were delivered a used non working product.This has brought our trust level on amazon really low. This motherboard does not boot with video bios modified graphic card in 16x slot. Otherwise all good.
