Good but could be improved
I'm a coffee fan, and I needed a grinder that would allow me to have different types of grinds (fine or coarse depending on the brewing method), and I decided on this grinder. I've been using it for a couple of months, and I can say that it does its job very well, but I have some things to improve in this one: 1) After using it, the cleaning is complex, you must have a toothpick and a brush to remove the coffee residues because the design is monolithic and does not allow you to disassemble it in some way to get a deep cleaning. I think the design fails in this regard because, after use, it will take many minutes to clean it, and if you have different varieties of coffee, you should take a good time so as not to alter the final flavor. 2) It always leaves me with one or more unground coffee beans because the design of the grind part simply does not allow it to grind a single bean or a few beans, so when you finish using it, you will have one or three unground beans, which affects your ratio in the measure (you will have to take this into account when grinding the coffee). 3. As surely as I did, one will try to grind the missing grain, but you cannot let the motor stop automatically with a new press of the start, even if it is for the minimum of cups, because the motor will run idle (common for an engine of this type), and you could damage it by doing this. To solve it, I had to start the motor and turn it off manually so that the unground grain was as good as possible. Less possible, so I consider that it needs a pulse button to start the engine while holding down the button (as used in any of the food processors) so that you can give short taps that can somehow help reduce the number of missing grains. Otherwise, the grinder works great, for me the grind is fine, I use it with V60, French press and express mocha, and it works well for me in all three methods. Some complain about this equipment saying that it is very noisy, but the truth is that it seems to me that it is as noisy as other similar equipment, even less noisy. As for the presentation, it is beautiful, and so far with its daily use there is no noticeable wear and tear of the equipment. I recommend it, but with the caveats mentioned above.
