Fits Raspberry pi 5 perfectly
I have the UltraPi robot from this same company. It works with my Raspberry Pi 5. This expansion board makes the robot work. It fits on properly. Just follow the instructions on setting up the SD card and you're good to go. Will definitely go back for more accessories.

Pi power requirements are limiting the upgrades ability
Power requirements of a pi 5 exceed what the masterpi robot delivers.Tried to get support but The only support is for predefined problems. No place to ask specific questions.Wanted to upgrade all 10 of my masterpi but only if the upgrade actually works.

This is a required upgrade for the Raspberry Pi 4b Version for use with Raspberry Pi5
We purchased the MasterPi 4B of this and found that an upgrade of the expansion board was necessary. We already had a RaspberryPi 5 and saw it was up-gradable and thought it would work but the expansion board is different as it would not activate the servos on the robot. Once this upgrade has been completed, the expansion board will also fit properly with the correct heatsink.Have fun out there.
