After incorporating this weighted sleep mask into my nightly routine, I can’t imagine returning to a standard eye mask—even memory foam options no longer compare. Paired with my bonnet, the gentle pressure of the mask helps signal to my body and mind that it’s time to wind down. As someone who sleeps with the side of my head pressed firmly into the pillow, I especially appreciate the soft, plastic-free band that rests comfortably over my ears. It significantly reduces the ear discomfort I’ve experienced with other masks. I plan to purchase several more so I always have a fresh, clean one ready each night.

This product works, but takes a lot of adjusting to have it conform to your face without leaking light. I find that pulling the head-strap up at an angle nearer the crown of my skull works to better block light, than having the strap at the base of my skull. Once in place, it does block all light and is comfortable. I usually use this in a sitting position for sleeping, or meditation, and have only used it a few times while lying down. It is also comfortable when used in conjunction with wireless headphones. Highly recommend cleaning the surface that touches your face prior to use, as there seems to be chemical residue from the manufacturer. I used a 5% vinegar solution and followed with distilled water rinse.

AMAZING! I bought this for my girlfriend but I’ve been stealing it when she isn’t here. It completely blocks out the light from peoples cars coming into my apartment and allows for great sleep. I’ve had other in the past that gave me eye styes, but due to this being raised, it fixes that issue! Overall I think this is great value for your money!

Very soft and comfortable. It blocks out all light without making my nose feel weighed down. Plenty of adjustability. I tried a different eye mask once that had some similar features, but this one is far softer and most importantly, the section of the band that goes above my ears is the same soft fabric as the mask, not the elastic that can end up digging into that skin above the ears after a while. Very nice, no complaints.

I absolutely love this mask! I have easily triggered chronic migraines, as well as sleep disruption due to changes in ambient light, but these 100% blackout! They also have yet to cause my face to become hot, and the concave interior is amazing for someone like me who has issues with things being too close to my eyes. I definitely recommend!

I have an older grey version of this mask which I really enjoy, and which has a nice skin-friendly breathable cotton material. So, I ordered a second one in the “Z-light Blush” color which is described as a “more comfortable fabric”, and a “breathable mesh material” thinking it would be similar quality. However, it was disappointing to see that the material on this version is inferior, not so skin-friendly and less breathable on where it touches the skin. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, be sure to order the gray version with the “facemoon” written on it, if you are looking for a better material.

This was the perfect eye mask for me. Very comfortable to wear and blocks out all the light. Definitely get this one if you nap in the daytime like I do.
