Beautiful bench. Easy to assemble and very sturdy.

I bought this bench for me and my daughter to sit on to wait for the school bus. It looks great it is comfortable. Easy to put together and is of a great quality. The bench is lightweight but built to last. The design looks great in the front of my house. I put it at the edge of a little garden. So far it stood up to all the winter snow and winds but looks brand new.

Nice bench...Difficult to put together, directions are vague and the screws strip easily. However as a carpenter i had the tools to fix the stripped screws. Came out very nice looking. Its strong and sturdy. Good price for a faux wood bench. I'd only recommend this bench if you can fix any errors you make.

HORRIBLE customer service! I had to provide multiple pictures and argue for weeks with customer service just to prove that the screw and peg holes were created wrong so the entire bench could not be assembled. Once the agent finally agreed with me, I was told that I could order new parts but it would take “a relatively long time”, but no explanation about what that meant. Yet I ordered this on Amazon and it came within days. There was no offer for a new bench or compensation.The product itself was assembled wrong in the factory; one part even being backwards and another missing screw holes. If this was fixed, I think the product would be great.
