Decent product.
Overall a decent product and gives value for money. The display is bit tricky since its not visible at all angles. Have to be viewed at a particular angle to see the numbers clearly even when back-lit. Have decent enough features. Speaker clarity is also good. One thing is that once you replace the batteries all the stores numbers in speed dial will be erased. You have to feed it in again.

Faulty phone delivered
Crappy product delivered and just requested a return. Lots of things wrong with the instrument I got. But most annoying things were1. Pressing the receiver knob does not cut the call or dial tone and I can only make one call ever. I would need to disconnect and reconnect the wire to make another call.2. Speaker functionality was inconsistent. Sometimes it would turn up and sometimes it would not.Overall, not quality checked before it was sent. Amazon does not seem to care about the quality of the products people order. Waste of time for me. I could have easily bought it in a physical store instead of relying on the crappy stuff these guys deliver.

Value for money
For the money we pay it is OK. Still more to be done. The display is with narrow figures-difficult to read. do not know why it is selected like that by the manufacturer. Ringer volume is low. Have to adjust the Contrast of the LCD to make the figures identifiable, and this will reduce the visibility. I do not like the display!Overall finish is OK. Other performances satisfies. Speaker phone is clear. Worth for the money we pay. Panasonic, which we used earlier may be expensive, but with more solid feel.

Good but with some important flaws
the Big screen and the buttons are a plus point. However, the digit font is not very good. Most numbers look very similar.Also- the screen can become unreadable at certain angles :(Audio quality is good. And so is the ringer.
