These are very quick and easy for an adult to color, but I expected that. The markers are not bad quality & work well on the wood, though the colors don't look as bright and saturated as they do in the pictures. I was kind of dissatisfied with that, so I opted to paint them instead with acrylics. I did draw in the outlines with black marker though both before and after painting them. When I ordered these, I already had plans to make them look better. I wasn't going to just color them, no-siree-bob. I was going to bling them! I have lots of leftover drills from diamond painting, so I planned to embellish them with those. And after the paint dried, that's exactly what I did and they came out great! I used B7000 to glue on the drills.

These are as expected. The acrylic pens included are better than expected, since they have good color that saturates the wood well. I do think the cost is too much to spend for what they have provided, but it will give someone several hours of activity and result in something lovely they can display on their wall.
