The packaging was excellent, arriving securely in a superb flight case.Assembly and mobility are easy due to the wheels on both the booth base and the flight case. Additionally, the customer service was excellent; Jay responded to my questions very quickly.I highly recommend this Photo Booth to anyone considering a purchase—you won't be disappointed!

I loooove this Photo Booth! I have seen a lot of companies selling the same one for at least double the price so this is definitely the best deal! The photobooth came well packaged and the rolling case is very nice! Their customer service department is great. They respond very quickly! Al Bonds Photography Epiphany Inc.I recently purchased the Portable Photo Booth along with the Flight Case and I must say, that I am extremely pleased with my decision. My order came in a securely packaged box with protective padding that was surprisingly easy to open and remove product. The assembling process was elementary, thanks to the clear instructions included. As it relates to producing photos, GIFs and videos, I found my photo booth to be exquisite! Last but certainly not least, I would be remised if I failed to mention their wonderful customer’s service. After receiving my photo booth, I contacted the company (JIYANG) through Amazon, in order to request my free Logo that was advertised with photo booth. Within a day or two I received a call from a customer service representative, well at first, I didn’t know it was a customer service representative, I thought it was a spam call, so as soon as I picked up the phone I hung up. I soon received a text message informing me that it was JIYANG representative and then went on to inform me of the process to receive my logo. I quickly texted and asked for the person to call me back and she did. I immediately apologized for the hang up and with nothing but pleasantries, the representative continued to inform me how she could assist me in the processing for my customized logo. While I just put in my design, I have no doubt that this company will continue to do right by its customers. I do plan on doing a follow up after I receive my logo.Sincerely happy,Al Bonds
