Calming
This is my first time trying kanna extract and I like it a lot. It feels noticeably calming. The first time I took it I ended up taking a nap lol. I think I was really tired that day, but now that I've taken this a few times I see that it is just very relaxing for me if I take half a pill or a whole pill. I don't get the energized buzzy feeling that some describe as it starts to work, but I'm happy to skip that part and just feel the calming effects. I just feel more grounded and way less anxious, and not stressed over things that would normally upset me. I have a job interview coming up and I'd usually be incredibly nervous, but I just feel good about it and that's a first!It's not sedating when I take it in the morning, but after taking that nap the first day I can see how it would be helpful for getting to sleep. It's hard to pinpoint how long it takes to kick in because it feels very subtle, but I'd say within the hour I feel it, and for me it lasts the rest of the day. Very nice supplement, I'd definitely recommend trying it.

Not Much
I didn't feel much with this. Took a 1/4 for several weeks. If anything it made me drowsy. I had some good naps however. So I'll give 3 stars.
