I like the size and the way it light up when plugged in then the light goes off. When you place your phone onto it it light up to shoe it is charging then the light goes out.The charger works really well with my protection case on.

This wireless charging pad has come in handy recently under unfortunate circumstances with an unplanned hospital stay.Although this wireless charging pad needs a constant mains electrical feed to be powered and provide a wireless charge to compatible smartphones, it is however universal over several brands of smartphone.Having said that, it also has a preference on what wattage certain brands of smartphone will receive.The reason im grateful for this wireless charging pad, however slow it may charge is because, my father recently suffered a heart attack and was rushed into hospital. We are all as a family taking turns sitting at his bedside.My 3 adult children and I all have a different make or model of smartphone.One has an iPhone 14 Pro MaxOne has a iPhone 12 Pro MaxOne has a Samsung S24 Plusand I have an S21Without realising the benefit of the wireless charging pad, it means that whoever is sitting at the bedside can also charge their mobile despite two phones which would need a lightning cable and two phones needing a C-Type.Now, to be honest, this charging pad does have a preference on how fast it will charge a certain brand of smartphone.With the S24 and S21 series, it charges at 10W, with the iPhone however it charges at a 'snails pace' of 5W which is just enough to maintain the battery level.To be honest, I appreciate this charging pad under the circumstances with the universal charge, but, I would be a little frustrated if I was to use this in my home environment, I would be wasting and waiting the majority of the day to have a fully charged battery.

I've tried charging my Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus on this charger pad several times with different USB adapters/sockets in the hope that the charging speed would improve but to no avail. The charging time is greater than when using a cable so I can't think of any circumstances when I will want to use the charger pad.On the plus side, the charging pad works well with no issues other than the charging time.
