Best on the market
Best on the market, results are amazing. We have started to switch off the infrared on the cameras and just use these to try and stop pesky spiders from covering the camera lenses. Its has reduced the issue

Purchased for my son as a Christmas Present and I understand that he is very pleased with it. He has an existing outdoor sensor system but lighting very inadequate and this filled the bill perfectly.

Not As Avertised
Very Disapointing. I received an inferior cheaper quality item that is not as advertised. See Picture. I specifically needed the item pictured due to its mounting system.

IR Illuminators
These are quite expensive as IR illuminators go, they are difficult to adjust up and down, they work quite well when finally adjusted correctly, however I noticed today that after being installed for a couple of weeks one is full of water, so I don't expect they will last very long.

IR Floodlight in Action
There are two versions of this floodlight, the other one is only about two thirds the size and costs about £50 (I've got two) they both look the same but the number of IR LEDs is far greater. This version is far superior when it comes to projecting IR illumination. Mine came with an AC adaptor that plugged directly into the mains, the other smaller versions of the floodlight did not (£5.00 to purchase the adaptor). Can be a bit fiddly to set up pointing the exact direction you want but the keys provided (x2) work well. Mounting bracket requires four holes drilled into the wall, screws/rawplugs provided. It has a day/night sensor so only comes on at night but is left plugged in 24/7. You may require a power extension lead as the one provided is less than 2 meters long.

Not particularly pleased, does not illuminate anything like 100m.
Does not illuminate anywhere near 100m, more like 15/20metres. Excellent for very close but no good for the long distance stated.

Broke after a few weeks.
Worked well initially but then started flickering on and off about every second.

own 12 adaptor to mains included. it cuts out in daylight.circular spotlight beam is 30 degrees at the most, matching a 3x plus cctv camera. Discretely invisible to naked eye outside the 30 degrees. its easy angle adjustment is essential. Consider painting all joints wih silicone seal and greying out. At night its a mild red glow to the naked eye inside the beam but its sunshine for your CCTV.Its pro
