Just purchased and very happy so far with this pan. It feels super solid and well-made, like something you’d find in a professional kitchen. It heats up fast and spreads the heat really evenly, which is awesome for cooking paella which I usually make outside over an open fire, but got this for the kitchen stove. The even heat distribution has so far helped get very good socarrat on the bottom.I’ve noticed I can also cook on lower heat and still get great results, and I also love that it’s non-reactive and PFOA-free.So far no problems on the over - says it is safe up to 500°F).Having made a few meals so far, I can definitely recommend.

Sturdy metal with double-riveted handles. Glass lid with vent helps your paella rice soften and cook more quickly. Spatula tool is helpful for scraping paella off the bottom. Been using this to make vegan paella with artichoke hearts, piparra peppers, hearts of palm, harissa with preserved lemon, pimenton, saffron-boiled lemon tofu, peas, bell peppers, and chilis. I appreciate that it's dishwasher-safe. Watch carefully to limit burning of the bottom.

Very heavy large, well made two handle skillet, but easily scorches.

I love this pan. It cooks my bacon real good and never burns it despite my negligence.
