Unfortunately the product has completely stopped working after 2 months and only having been used a couple of times.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. An interactive toy that will give you a lot of fun, not only for children but for the whole family. It charges quickly and lasts a long time. It is truly a magical game with this robot.

Daughter loved it when she opened it on Christmas morning. However, after a few times playing with it, it stopped working. We tried recharging it multiple times, replaced batteries in the remote several times, still nothing. Tried to return it, but by that point we were past the 30 day limit. I’ve tried several different ways, but cannot find a way to contact the seller or whoever we need to for it to be replaced. We have a very disappointed 6 year old.
