Marukome Miso Easy Original - 13.8 oz (Pack of 3)

My son turned me on to this product and I'm so glad he did. Great miso soup in just minutes! I usually simmer some small diced carrot, celery, and mushrooms if I have them, in a little water until just barely tender. Then I turn off the heat and when dinner is almost ready I heat the water back up and add Miso Easy. Voila! Delicious soup! It is healthy to have a broth-based soup before a meal and this makes it easy and tasty.

This is a good product. Easy to make, tastes good and an excellent price. (Some instant miso soup is ridiculously priced.)This brand even has a low sodium version.I also add freeze dried seaweed, green onions & tofu to give a bit more pizzazz (search on amazon).Try it. ;-)

We love this product. We take two cups of boiling water, add diced or chopped vegetables (carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, leeks, spinach and any other veggies that look attractive). Then, as the vegetables are nearly cooked, we add some noodles and/or 6-8 frozen chicken/cilantro wontons, maybe some diced ham or shrimp. Once cooked, we turn off the heat and stir in 3 or 4 tablespoons of Miso Easy. Pour into a bowl, garnish with sliced green onions, some soy sauce and Sriracha. It makes for a light, healthy, satisfying meal!

I love this miso so much! When mixed with water, it tastes exactly like what you’d get in a restaurant! I used to get tubs of miso paste and could never get the taste quite right. Miso Easy really is just that - easy! My new favorite use is to add it to scrambled eggs for an extra umami taste! Mmmmm!

My Miso&Easy was delivered last weekend. It tastes great! My only complaint is that the expiration date on my three bottles is Nov. 14, 2019. Normally I get this product with more than a year left before it expires, so two months means it isn't the freshest. I tend to use it rather quickly, so it isn't a huge concern for me. But people should be aware that they might get something close to end of life.

Got this very fast, well packaged and just in time. My first bottle was almost empty after finding it made a great base for my homemade veggie soup and I can't buy it locally. Great for a quick cup any time. You can adjust amount used to your own taste. Keep refrigerated and shake well before use.

I added s dash of this with my ramen noodles and, oh man! It was fantastic!!!!! It also went well in regular chicken noodle soup. It added a great flavor to it. Highly recommend it. It makes a great oriental soup base or extra flavor additive to bring you soup to life!
