I expected it to be larger. The mail section was way too small. Plenty of key holders though, and it was attractive. My Grandson has been in his own apartment a little over a year. When he came over and saw this he loved it! So it went home with him. It was perfect for him and he continues to tell me how much he needed something just like this. He's happy, so I'm happy!

Love this item. Plenty of room to hang keys. Love the little compartment for not paper or you can put your out going mail in it. Very sturdy! Would recommend

Extremely easy to mount and looks good. Love the black metal combo with the dark wood

The wood is very thin and lightweight (balsa?). I used my own, stronger drywall anchors and screws, not the ones included. So far, so good. It does what it's supposed to do, hold keys. Looks pretty good on my wall, too.
