Takes a WHILE to dry!
The nitty gritty = you can't walk on it for 3 days, and have to wait a week to drive on it.Everything comes in a pail and the kit is totally complete. It even comes with a tool to open the pail, lol. It comes with a roller, but if you don't want to do your garage floor on your knees (I HIGHLY don't recommend doing that), then I HIGHLY recommend getting yourself an extension pole for your roller if you don't already have one. Doing this standing is 1000x better than doing it kneeling. You'll need to trust me here.Everything is 2 parts, and you mix it right in the included pail (with the included stir stick). When you're done, you toss the whole thing in the trash. Makes cleanup a breeze.Of course, the first rule of a successful painting operation is SURFACE PREP, so make sure your surface is absolutely clean for best results. This kit is enough for a single car garage, but if you have a larger, 2 car garage, you'll definitely need to get 2 kits. Being water-based, the odor from this is really light, too, so it won't make you all loopy when you do the job, and nobody should find you passed out from fumes, lol. Overall, I'm very happy with the kit, but of course time will tell how long it lasts. Right now, though, I'm impressed. 5 stars.

It’s all about Results
Update: Once the vendor read the below review, they reached out to me with an apology and an offer to either replace the product or provide a refund. This is excellent customer service in my opinion deserving an extra star but doesn’t change the initial experience as depicted below.I purchased this product for two primary reasons, it included a primer and it was water based. I followed the instructions to the letter, ensuring no grease or loose particles on the garage floor which took a lot more work than I anticipated. It was followed the next day with the primer which I was surprised to see was clear. Not to worry, that’s not the purpose of the primer and I followed up the next day (about 12 hours later) with the top coat. That’s where the problem occurred. Part B of the top coat started to pour out when it suddenly stopped with because of a clog. I used the gloves to pull out several “globs” and the rest poured out without a problem. I would have contacted the manufacturer at this point but there was no contact information in the instructions so I mixed it until all there were no signs of the globs in the mixture then rolled it out and sprinkled paint chips (not included). Everything looked pretty good but after 3 days there were patches of light grey and plenty of places where the chips hadn’t stuck at all. I went to the nearest big box store to buy a top coat that I’ve since reapplied the chips to the areas it didn’t stick and another coat over everything. I’m still disappointed with the patches of lighter grey but the chips make them harder to see. This may have just been a batch that had been sitting for a long time but given my experience, I would consider a different brand.

There is no extra primer, it is a 2 part primer. Primer is a good idea.
I have a two car garage, and there is not enough primer in this set so I cannot use it in my garage. I am interested in the primer, because it's a great idea if it reduces shredding and disconnection from the base surface. There are no ingredients lists, so I cannot discuss how well I think the primer would work at sticking to the base surface in the long term. If it can stick, that solves the worst problem because the top of the primer layer can readily be made rough, so the top layer can stick to it.Apparently the primer is also an epoxy, at least it is a 2 part paint, ratio 1:1. It comes in two bags, to be mixed, and the total amount is intended to cover 250 square feet. There is no extra primer. In fact I think the total volume, the sum of the two bags, is less than a gallon, so it seems that 250 square feet might not be easy, especially if it soaks in to grip the surface. The top coat is also in two bags, a 2:1 paint where the hardener bag is half the size of the others. Even adding 10% water, there is still a bit less of this than of the primer. By wetting it, it will spread thinner and probably cover the same area as the primer. The top layer is advertised as "10x harder than 1 part epoxy" but I have never even seen 1 part epoxy. But the worst problem of garage flooring is adhesion, not hardness, so I do like the idea of the primer coat as applied to garage floor coating (it is known in metal coating), and I think this is a promising product.
