Not functioning properly and sales after service is not good , door not getting locked at times until you force the door shut and finger print not recognised most of the time so need to go with pin and it's irritating and pathetic product and I hope this will long last for only 2 months period after which through this out and replace with key set , speedy crap product and btw it's actually from ozone brand 😂 LOL

I'm writing this review after 2 months of usage of this lock.The delivery was quicker than the predicted timeline. The packaging box of the product was not seal wrapped and I suspected that I had received a used item. But the contents were scratch less and seemed brand new. All The components were complete. Build quality was good and heavy.The ozone people called me up the next day and a free installation was booked. I live in a tier 3 city and a locally hired carpenter arrived at the scheduled time and installed the lock. But he did not seem to be very knowledgeable and he needed to consult with his superiors on video call while installing the lock. He also missed out installing a component of the lock and after my raising concern about it, he had to come again to rectify the installation.The lock operates with ease. Registering of passwords, fingerprints, cards is very easy. Lock opening request can be sent by tapping the bell icon on the outdoor unit, and then, The lock can be opened using the mobile phone app in response to this request. You cannot open the lock from mobile app using any other method. You can share a temporary password generated by the app, with a 5 minutes validity, which can be used for opening the lock. You can set time schedules for other passwords through the app.Fingerprint is the most convenient method. You can register multiple fingerprints. Lock will identify the the fingerprint 8 out of 10 times. Some fingerprints are impossible to identify every time. But I have noticed this phenomenon with almost every fingerprint reader. I feel that the problem lies not with the fingerprint reader of the lock but with the fingerprint itself. Fingerprints are difficult to read when hands are cold and dry. Fingerprints of house maid are impossible to read, perhaps they are worn out.The lock will engage automatically when the door closes. So, if your house maid goes out to hang the clothes on wire and the door closer shuts the door behind her, she won't be able to renter the house using her fingerprint. You cannot disable the auto lock feature by any means. Make sure you use a door stopper if your door is equipped with a door closer. Opening the lock from inside is easy. Just turn the knob and it opens.The battery life seems ok. I'm still using the batteries supplied with the lock. App shows the battery power as' medium' after 2 months of usage. I cannot comment how long will it last.Overall, a good lock. No complaints.

This lock has truly impressed me! The strong locking mechanism gives me confidence, and the access history tracking with the audit trail is incredibly useful. I also love the anti-theft password feature and the smart freeze mode after incorrect attempts. It’s been working perfectly and is really easy to use. A must-have for anyone who takes security seriously!

The product finish is very good. The setup is simple using the touch pad and the app too is easy to use. The installation was requested on the their whatsapp support and was installed the same day. Installation could have been a little better as the installation guys were not yet equipped or trained for the speedy model.

It’s a great value for money product. It has 6 way to open the lock. Quality is good. I am using this lock since more than 2 months no issue is found. Service and installation team is very supportive. I recommend this product.

Installation team and amazon will play football with you if you order this junk. Installation team will not install it and amazon will not return it untill itll get installed. Pathetic customer service from both ends.
