Excellent value for money
If you have a wired headunit, this is a very good solution to make it wireless. Works as advertised. Took less than a minute for setup and is working fine. At par if not better than more expensive alternatives. Highly recommended.

Does not work all times
It works fine with calls but when you toggle between radio and phone music with controls on steering, you have to press play button everytime to listen to phone music, which is quite irritating

Very convenient absolutely plug and play. Fit and forget.
When i got new iPhone 16, the apple car play stopped working! Checked with Car dealership (for Tata Tigor EV). It's software needed to be upgraded. Still Car Play won't work. It was found that it would work only with original cable provided by Apple. Well, it did. But I wanted a better solution and lo.. i got it from Amazon. This economical Adapter came in handy. Now no cable. The adapter is always in USB slot and moment the car is cranked, Apple CarPlay gets connected automatically and instantaneously. It works smoothly. Full marks to the Carlinkit 2024.

Product works well but received an open pack (possibly a returned item)
Not sure why Amazon rejected publishing my first review. The item was received in an open/torn package. I considered returning it, but there was no stock available for replacement with the seller. I connected the unit and it worked fine and I decided to keep it. But paying full price for returned/re-packed items feels like I got cheated.As for the product. Connects seamlessly the first time you plug it into the car and connect to BT. From there on, the re-connection takes only a few seconds upon starting the car. Using this in an Audi A6 C7 (2018 matrix model).

As advertised - Highly recommended
This is a great product for this price. I have an older Tata Nexon with wired CarPlay and i was struggling since long to get an adapter which is good quality and at the same time doesn't empty my pockets. Came through this one for 3500 and it was superb. I was impressed that an inexpensive product like this could have quality of the highest standard. Plugs in perfectly fine and don't have to do much (just connect via Bluetooth). All in all, very impressed with this product and would highly recommend it to fellow wired CarPlay users.

WASTE OF MONEY
It doesn’t work. My usb port wouldn’t even recognise the dongle. Believe me, I have tried all possible ways to make it work.. Developer settings., factory resetting and other many possible ways. The auto kit app will not show any device, wont even load the usb into the system or do anything when this is plugged in. Big big bigggg Waste of money.
