my between meal solution
I have stomach issues that I'm trying to improve, so I eat roughly the same things every day, at the same time. Sometimes between when I break fast and when I eat my first real big meal of the day, I get hungry and don't want to snack. For 2 months I popped 2 of these pills in my mouth/stomach instead of food, and the results seemed to be less craving for food and a much happier digestive system. Nothing was "fixed" but things definitely improved, and I was able to resist those cravings.

I got this because due to my busy schedule, my health habits were not the best, so I wanted something to help me improve my health. This supplement really seems to help keep my gut health, and the fiber helps with regularity as well. There's also the fact that it can help reduce cholesterol as well. It's a great way and easy way to help you live a healthier life.

This is a good quality fiber supplement -- excellent to support digestive health. The container was well-sealed, with a seal under the lid to prevent tamper. The capsules are on the large side though, so it will probably be necessary to take each one individually with a big gulp of water.

Sometimes following health trends is good for you!
Long time probiotic taker here, I was convinced to try adding prebiotics so here I am.Pros:✅ They are easy to swallow and can be taken with or without food.✅ Has a bit of added fiber; along with a balanced diet you're secure on all ends (pun intended)✅ I tend to get a lot of gas with my dear broccoli; somewhat less gas and bloating with the combination of pre/probiotics at the end of the day. This is my best indication it helps.✅ No adverse effects on GI healthI'm just starting on this supplement so I can't say for sure if I 100% recommend it. However, for those trying to improve gut health, this is a start. I'm making this change for myself.
