Amazing product. Was hesitant because there wasn’t reviews when I purchased but quality is AMAZING, directions were spot on and easy to follow. Made some minor changes like got bronze bar versus the silver one that came with, but otherwise amazing product. Would definitely recommend!

We bought a new house and my mom's room's sliding door closet is abnormally long. The basic board with rod setup my contractor put in fell down after my mom put her clothes on (not even a lot). So I was on the hunt for a better quality and more organized closet solution for her. After finally deciding on this one, I was very hopeful, but also very worried that the quality would be subpar. When the box arrived, I had a huge "uh-oh oh no" moment, because the box was delivered very beaten up with a bunch of tears and rips. My mom and I quickly went to work to inspect the inside for any potential damage to the closet pieces themselves. We're so lucky that everything inside the box survived! I called my contractor back and he helped installed the new closet system. He was also a bit iffy at first, but after he installed it, he said it was surprisingly good quality! My mom and I love the results! It took awhile to put together, but it was worth it! I would highly recommend this closet system, my only concern and recommendation is the packaging! I hope the seller would make sure the packaging doesn't come apart during transit! I was going to dock one star for the packaging, but I don't think that would do the closet justice. 5/5 stars for the product, 1/5 stars for the packaging!

not a bad price you could not build one for this price just make sure your closet is the same size as it states if your closet it longer you will haft to be a handy man/woman

I would give this closest system zero stars if possible. It is anything but heavy duty which is what it says in the ad. The rods are so thin that I had to buy extra supports because they were bowing in the middle. Of course, if you only have a few tshirts you might be fine but my wife has dresses and jackets etc they are way too heavy for this set. Also, the shelves are not very strong. We can't put anything heavy on them. They are a waste of time and money.. don't buy.

Easy to install for the most part. Just take your time, don't over tighten. Read directions and organize the parts to make the process faster and easier. We cut and adjusted the boards to fit our space. Got 2 set. Overall please with the purchased.

I purchased this closet system after we decided to renovate our bedroom. It took my husband and me a few hours to assemble and install. Our closet measures 110" so we knew beforehand that we were going to cut 5" off each shelf, which we didn't mind doing, since my husband is handy with a table saw.We love the color of the wood and the shelves and drawers feel very sturdy. The poles to hang the clothes on, well that's another story and the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. We don't have a ton of clothes to begin with, but what we did hang (dresses, blouses, jackets on left side, shirts and jackets top right, jeans bottom right) made the rods bow ever so slightly. My husband ended up putting extra support against the walls to help the rod stay up, though the slight bend in it is still visible. We'll see how long it holds up!Also note: the packaging is EXTREMELY flimsy! The box had been ripped in various places and was held up with tape. Understandable because the box itself was extremely big and heavy to lift (2 people needed). Some pieces had minor dents and scuff marks, probably received during shipment.

boxes were holey and damaged but the contents were unmarked. packed really well but hated the Styrofoam. cabinets were decent for price.
