Faulty machine
Ordered same machine twice, first one had and inlet valve issue so had to return, reordered and received machine with damaged cable. Accepted it so that I can raise a request to get the cable changed which is still pending. Moreover once you receive the machine, and installation happens, you get a SMS with 2 OTP, first one for being satisfied a d second one for dissatisfied, technician doesn't tell you anything about it and just ask to share OPT and without reading the complete message, you share the first OTP which means you are satisfied where as your machine still needs part replacement and the technician doesn't care for it

Good quality washing machine in affordable range
The media could not be loaded. Purchased Voltas Beko Front Load Washing Machine about 5 months ago, and it is being used on regular basis. Have not faced any issue till now.This seems to be a good quality washing machine in affordable price range.It has good functionalities and is easy to use. Does make noise when switched on; but Noise levels are NOT high / distracting / annoying.Good delivery service by Amazon.Call directly on the voltas beko helpline for prompt and efficient installation services (Do not rely on Amazon for the same)

Damaged product, but Good Refund Experience
I purchased the voltas beko Front Load Washing Machine from Amazon, but unfortunately, the product arrived damaged. During installation, the technician found that the water inlet valve was defective, which is a manufacturing defect.I was disappointed with the product quality, but I was pleased with Amazon's return and refund process. I immediately returned the product and received my full refund.
