Like a warm hug
Outstanding product. I’ve been looking for something to solve the cold weather hammock camping in the winter and this is it.Copes very well with 1 or 2 degree air temps and the rain proofing is excellent allowing for a quick balance between stargazing and being warm / dry

Read the small print !
The cocoon is great but the ad is misleading as it says two part system so I was expecting the inner quilt as well. It should be clearer that your only getting the cocoon under blanket outer. This is only reason for dropping a star, apart from that good quality snugpak kit as usual.

Good, does what expected.
Works fine, restricts diagonal lay slightly, but expected that. Feel claustrophobic when zipped up fully. Could do with suspension point to attach to a ridge line to hold head end off face a bit. Not sure about CO2 levels when fully enclosed. Works fine in 14C with lightwear and socks and no inner bag/quilt, or pad. Have yet to test in colder/ windier conditions but easily supplemented with extra clothes, inner sleeping bag/quilt hat, etc. Heavyish for long range backpacking perhaps, but not my thing. Good value.

We not quite, but this is a brilliant bit of kit for anyone who enjoys wild camping.

Durable and warm, slightly heavy and on the larger side when packed
Very warm and durable. When packed, however, takes a bit of space and is somewhat on the heavier side. Plenty of room even for diagonal sleeping. Just dont mix top with bottom when setting it up as the legs space is a lot more tight!
