It's hard to review a premium version of a, frankly, pedestrian product one has used all of one's life.This is baking soda, much like the store brand or Arm & Hammer you've probably used before. It will do all the same things: neutralize stomach acid, deodorize your fridge, work as a mild scrubbing agent to clean up that sink or toilet.What you get is a nice, resealable package, plus a sheet of information on emerging benefits of sodium bicarbonate to kidneys and to sports performance. This product claims to be purer and more naturally produced than competing brands, but I have no way to verify that claim, so can't give or take any points for that.I have used this so far as an antacid and also as a pre-workout medicament. As an antacid, it works just fine, the way baking soda always has. As for sports performance...it's hard to tell from one session, but my hour on the exercise bike did seem ever-so-slightly easier than without using baking soda.In sum, if you're looking for baking soda to make cookies with or to counteract heartburn, you're probably better served with a cheaper store brand. If you're looking to take care of kidney disease (you have to seek your doctor's advice here, of course) or to up your sports game, this may well be worth trying.
