These gummies taste so good, not too sugary just right. I can honestly say they have made a difference to my skin, not sure about my hair or nails but my skin has a more glowy look to it now as I used to be extremely pale. Of course you have to take these gummies for a few good months to see major results but for only taking them for a month I can see visible changes. Highly recommend!

Tastes great, took them alongside the pill versions so I can't talk on effectiveness since gummy vitamins don't contain a high enough dose for me but they taste great!!, the texture was good , not really chewy like a lot of gummies more of that solid gummy type while still being soft and theyre an adorable shape!

Tastes good & doesn’t clump together in the jar like the ones covered in sugar do. This is my second bottle (used another brand for a month before that) & I’ve noticed nails are better, hair seems shinier & losing less. Even my eyelashes seem to be growing better. So far so good.
