REALLY EASY TO USE

Expensive but fabulous 😍
Wow!! I actually tried to cancel this order as I found a recipe for royal icing and it would have been a lot cheaper. Fortunately I couldn’t cancel and I’m so glad!! I always use a well known brand of icing for my Christmas cake but I couldn’t find any in the shops! So good old Amazon came to the rescue. It is expensive....hence the 4 stars instead of 5. However it whips up brilliantly and it’s so smooth although for my Christmas scene I, of course, roughed it up!! I’m a ‘70s kid! 😆 I would definitely buy this again. It’s great stuff 😋

Tastes like sherbert...
I have been using this icing on my Christmas Cakes for years and have always found it excellent. However I have just made up the pack bought this year this year and icing has strong sherbert-like flavour, as though too much citric acid in the mix.Too late now as two cakes finished and it might taste ok with the marzipan and cake. We will see.Disappointed as I so like this product usually.
