Great supplement. Helps me greatly get my potassium intake in for the day. They do stink out of the bottles but nothing to still great.

I have a few surgery in less then 6 month. No one told me that I would get muscle spasms all the time. I get them on my neck when sleeping, on my sides where I thought it was a heartattck, on my stomach, legs and calfs. All in all I get a lot, and my Dad told me this potassium pills would help.I will be updating this review in a week or so.

a good amount of potassium as opposed to the normal 99 mg ones you find in stores

I like this supplement because it is high potency. The majority of potassium supplements on the general market are 99mgs, which is ridiculously low. I read a clinical study many years ago that found that 100% of Americans were deficient in potassium. So this is the perfect supplement to add a legitimate amount of potassium to your daily diet.

Great product

I don't know why this happened, but the cap of the bottle exploded open after attempting to unscrew it and the smell was just awful, so I'm assuming one of the tablets weren't filled properly or spilled. Anyways, I haven't used it due to that reason.
