A little goes a long way.
It wasn't what I initially wanted it for; this will be delicious in stews, soups, pickles, pancakes. It is very salty, would like to some with less salt content.

Strong flavour
Bought to make kimchi - I did not enjoy the flavour so would not be buying it again but I am sure it is an authentic taste just very very strong.
