Mostly disappointed with laptop
The computer is awesome, it runs pretty much whatever I throw at it extremely well . . . when it works. The computer was fine all throughout the set up process, but after that I was getting blue screen after blue screen all with the same error. It was to the point that I turn on the computer and it blue screens. I've spent hours trying to fix the errors to the point that I wanted to return it, but after reading the fine print, the possible multiple 20% restocking fees scared me from completing the return. I am now working with HP to get it fixed. If you do want the laptop, buy it from HP its self, best buy, or any other technology store near you. Edit: I went through the warranty process and was told it wasn't covered because it was sent to me with damaged ram.

Battery defective
The battery is defective. The battery can't even keep for 2 hours. The battery is discharged so quickly, you can even see the battery icon moving, it's really bad. To work, the PC must be always plug in. It's a good PC but I am disappointed anyway for the PC's battery.

Blue screen issue triggered unrecoverable event. I had to reinstall everything. Other than that its very fast laptop. Time to time it errors but recovers.
