of the precious few sellers of dried cordyceps available, this one is reliable, packaging helps it not get crushed (why buy ungrinded if it’s gonna get crushed enroute - but that’s what happened with previous one i’ve tried), and product is legit. I’ve only ordered from them for awhile and plan to continue. No down side to the seller or the product.If you’re new to cordyceps, I recommend best benefit by hot tea with a dash of honey and dried hibiscus to negate the flavor which is earthy enough to put people off but the benefits of cordyceps is worth the extra ingredients. Add dried mullein if really inflamed or congested for an extra boost. I have permanent lung inflammation and phlegm and feel the difference if I go off ky daily cup for more than a week. (tough budget).

The product arrived in a timely manner, and appears to be intact, but I have not yet had time to assess the products efficacy.

This is a unique product--it is just the dried fruiting body of a Cordycepys mushroom. No added ingredietnts. No fillers. Just the whole dried mushrooms. They are all intact and packaged well. There are 6 oz in the bag which is a lot. Overall this is a really good product!

I use these all the time in my soup. Good for all type of people to consume. Taste good. Not too strong.
