These supplements work! I had been taking the more expensive supplements with zero results. Tried these not expecting results. Since taking these my hair seems fuller, softer, very silky and the thin areas seem to be slowly filling in. My hairdresser also commented on how much fuller my hair is! I am 66 years old but my hair looks great! I am absolutely re-ordering!!!

Over the past 7 years, I've had a roller coaster of a hair journey. I lost all of my hair from chemotherapy in 2018 (ovarian cancer) and used Nutrafol to grow it back. It was effective. but I ended up putting weight on and having digestive issues. I discontinued Nutrafol, changed my diet and lost 35 pounds. Of course, the stress from losing weight as well as the discontinuation of Nutrafol made my hair shed like crazy. On top of that, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. The weight loss, stress from diagnosis and multiple surgeries really took a toll on my hair and I couldn't stop it from shedding! After things settled down from treatment, I contemplated taking another hair supplement. Fearing weight gain again, I did some research and decided to try Hair La Vie. I cautiously started out with 2 capsules at lunch and progressed to taking a third one at night with dinner. I didn't start to see drastic results until I started taking the 3rd capsule daily. After 5-6 months, there are multiple new hairs growing in and I am not shedding as much--especially when washing my hair. I'm shedding at a sustainable, normal rate now. I'm also taking a powdered collagen supplement daily, which really helps build strong new hair growth. Also, drink plenty of water and try to eat as many whole foods as possible, including adequate protein. The supplement will work better with healthy food and fluid intake. My advice is to be consistent and be patient. All great quality hair supplements take time to work. I haven't experienced any weight gain, bloating or gastrointestinal issues with this supplement.

I have mid-back length, blonde hair that has always been quite thick. I have noticed over the past few years after turning 45, that it is thinning a bit. I had quite a bit of loss in the shower, and started looking for a good supplement. After a lot of researching, I decided to try Hair La Vie. I have been using the product for a month, and I am seeing less hair loss in the shower and a little more body to my hair in general. So far, I am happy! I will update my review in a couple of months, as it does say you will not see the full effects for about 90 days.

I’m not sure. I do not like having to take so many a day. Why can’t they make this stuff so you only have to take one instead of three.

Good. I have not finished the bottle yet but I can see my hair growing back and there is less on the hair brush.

Please beware.. I decided to use this after comparing the ingredients with Nutrafol. The costs and reviews were a higher and better (and cheaper than Nutrafol). For awareness, I used Nutrafol in 2021 and never had any issues with it; I am an African American female. This product is horrible. It irritated my scalp, like inflamed it with red bumps (still dealing with it), itchy, keeping me up at night scratching my scalp, despite me taking benadryl, and also my hair fell out. So, it did the opposite from what it was suppose to do. My hair stylist, who I see every three weeks, was baffled by how my hair deteriorated over two months when I first started taking this. It became dry and brittle no matter how much I was keeping it oiled. Please beware and listen to your body when you take this vitamin. I thought everything was okay until I started noticing how my hair was falling out and noticing more my my scalp was inflamed. I stopped taking this product.

Has helped my hair come back in faster and thicker. Most want to know what I am using.. It works
