My partner usually never remembers to get utensils with his takeout orders, when he goes on business trips. Most of hotels don’t keep silverware in rooms so I was done listening about him having to eat Cesar salad with his hands and go this travel friendly set of utensils. He looked at me skeptical first. Ended up using them every single night. Very practical, not cheaply made, somewhat heavy utensils

The utensils are heavier than I thought. I suppose the manufacturer needs to use heavier plastic for durability. With the solid carrying case, the unit is even heavier. The fork (the fingers of the fork) bends so I hope it won’t break. I bought this because I try not to use disposable utensils when I travel. The carrying case really help organizing and keeping the 4 pieces together. I would be nicer if somehow it weights less because every ounce counts when I travel but I am not sure if there is a material that has high strength and yet light weight. I don’t think stainless steel fit that description. I will see how they work in the future. For now, the utensils look fine.
