Hard to notice but was nice to know i was taking in mushrooms which was ultimate goal.
The ingredients are there but I did not notice any huge change in how i felt or thought. Got hoping to notice an improvement in focus. zero taste and compared to other products was reasonably priced. Slight mood improvement. Okay bang for your buck i guess but there are also other great vitamans out there.

Energy and mental clarity
I’ve been taking these supplements for 2 weeks now and I have been very impressed! I feel more focused in work and my sleep has improved. I track my sleep on my Oura ring and have noticed an increase in the amount of REM sleep I’m getting each night!They’re easy to swallow and don’t have a taste. I take 2 a day with food as recommended. It’s a really great blend of mushrooms and like that they’ve added black pepper for enhanced absorption. Overall great product and I will continue taking!
