As is often the case with Chinese made goods, these urine collection leg bags look like the would work. They do not. The tube is too small diameter, the reflux mechanism make it impossible for the fluid to flow through into the body of the bag. Therefor, the things are useless. I won't bother to send them back, it isn't worth my time. But I now have to search for some US made leg bags mad in America. The overwhelming majority of crap the Chinese copy by stealing the designs and ignoring patents, are almost OK...most do not quite work like the American products they steal the designs from. I'm aware Bezos is too wealthy to care, but his business model will become outdated when China is paying tariffs that will require them to bring their product quality up to par with American goods. I can't wait.

It has a reflux problem whenever you slightly put pressure on the bag.

These came all individually wrapped in a strong sturdy box. The first thing I check on medical supplies is to make sure there is a lot # and an acceptable expiration date. The ones I received has a clearly labeled lot# and an expiration date well into Nov 2029..pass!All units were completely sealed and the packaging and product were clean. The bag itself had the leg bands attached and already to go. There are so many reasons to like this bag! First of all, I know it should be standard but I forgot to double check to make sure the drainage valve was closed, could've been a huge mess if it was one that made it out not in the closed position, thankfully it was closed...thank you!! It can sustain a short drop to the floor without bursting and no leakage. Most importantly if it gets tipped upside down or in a complete horizontal position, the fluid does not reflux back out of the bag back into the foley catheter. This bag can hold up to 1,000 ml but that is a very full and heavy bag. This is meant to be a convenience for mobility so it requires more frequent attention.. I highly recommend this product!!
