I've been wanting to try a mushroom coffee to see if I feel any benefits. It's only been maybe a week, week and a half, and haven't really felt any difference so far. However, one needs to give time and I'm willing to wait and see. Also, I am NOT a mushroom lover, and try to avoid them in my food. I do know they're good nutrition wise, so decided to see if I could stomach the taste. I chose this brand as it was much more cost effective than the other advertised brands, and I only use organic. The taste by itself is a bit bitter, but when cream is added as I usually do for my coffee (no sweetener for me), well, *wow*, it's absolutely delicious. Super happy with the flavor! In fact, I think about it often during the day when not drinking it! Will be buying more for sure. I bought the instant as it's so easy to pack around with me when traveling and road tripping.

it is a good coffee substitute. I mix it 60% decaff coffee and 40% chicory and it tastes good and is really low caffeine. It brews the slightly darker and richer then regular coffee that way. Good taste at that mixture and it makes it stretch.

I recently switched to mushroom coffee and i am a total coffee girl so i thought it would be hard, but i love this stuff! Good flavor, mixes well with creamer and tastes good hot or iced! I will say if you like black coffee is not the same and you may not like it and if you use half and half and fake sugar (stevia/monkfruit) like my mom, you might not like it. I recommend using a zero sugar creamer or flavoring that comes with some flavor if you're watching your sugar intake but overall excellent price! I noticed a big difference in effectiveness as well in comparison to coffee. Better energy and focus without the crash

I just tried this coffee out this morning (drinking it black, no sugars or creams), and I was surprised I didn't even taste any sort of mushroom or like extra earthy, muddy flavors. It tastes like a good, decent coffee! I used 6 cups of water to 7 (rounded) scoops of coffee (using the scoop that came in the bag), and it came out tasting like an average, pretty decent brand of coffee. Like if you would put a regular Kuregg Cup of coffee at like a middle 4 or 5/10, this would definitely be a 6.5 - 7.2 out of 10. After taking a few more sips, I notice the mouth feel of the coffee is like more full, if that makes sense. It's not watered down coffee, it's like a full body type of mouth feel. Like it has some substance to it; it's not some watered-down diner coffee.I purchased this because I wanted to get the added benefit from the mushroom blend, but I was worried it would taste bad. I'm100% satisfied with the taste, and I will probably purchase again when I run out.

I was a little worried when I opened the bag and smelled. It does not smell like coffee to meBut decided to give it a try anyway and was pleasantly surprised. Actually taste like coffee. My friend suggested this to me, so I tried it. I didn't expect to see any real change, but I liked the taste and started drinking it daily. It only takes 2 small scoops (included) to make a mug full. When my brother and I speak on the phone each week, we always took turns losing words, we would always try to help each other remember what words or names we were trying to say. Well, a couple weeks ago, after going through most of the 14 oz bag, I was speaking with my brother as usual, but suddenly I noticed he was the only one losing his words! I haven't changed anything else, so I am crediting this Mushroom Coffee with my improved access to my vocabulary!
