This was exactly what I was looking for. It perfectly matches my hats and fits snugly but doesn't crush my head.It does a great job of blocking the sun on not just my neck but my ears as well. And it doesn't block me from wearing my headphones. Way better than I expected for the price.

The media could not be loaded. This works great as a sun shade for your neck and ears while cycling. All you need are 2 x Zip Ties and 2 Twist Ties to secure it to the helmet. The Zip ties create an area to secure the sunshade to with the twist ties. I like to take long rides for multiple hours in the thin air of Colorado. Sunblock doesn’t last even halfway through the ride. This works great, allowing the air to flow around my neck while protecting it from the harsh rays.

Must have for ball cap wearers, excellent ear and neck sun protection. Packs up and fits in pocket when not using. Can be used as a face cover as well. Highly recommend it. Favorite purchase of the summer. Got the turquoise with neon green band.

I was pleased the "lime green" wasn't lime green at all, it is the color they show in the image. I would call it more of a foliage green, that blends in nicely with the terrain. It stays put and is long enough in the back to cover my neck all the way, so unless you have an unusually extra, extra long neck, it completely covers my neck with no issues whatsoever. The material is breathable and seems sufficiently rugged to handle trail running or backpacking. You can always stuff a bandanna underneath any cap, but for around $15 this is designed for the purpose and is worth it. I would definitely buy one again.

I live in sunny South Florida and this fits on any of my thousands of hats. It's quality material, so it blocks all the heat and sun from my ears and neck and also keeps you cool. It comes with two different sized bands so you can use as a face shield as well. I Love it...Buy one, you'll love it too!

Perfect gift for my FIL who works in the sun. He loves that he can use any hat he wants. Good gift and value for the money.

I’ve been looking for something like this, and chose this because I figured if the band ever broke I could easily use a shoe lace or another way to tie it, should that be an issue. I chose the color “cream”, which was supposed to have a variety of colors, unfortunately I received one that is almost ALL blue, with the tiniest bit of color in only a small area. So was very disappointed that I ended up with an almost colorless drape. If I wanted blue, I would have ordered blue.Aside from that, this material is top notch, the best. The band system is great, I wish it had different band colors. I intended to use it over my bike helmet, but there’s simply no way it will fit over a “Thousand” helmet. That is only a minor issue, as it is perfect under the helmet. How ever being under the helmet, causes the helmet straps to pull it close to my body, and tight, making it hot. No air flow. Despite this, I still LOVE this material. Design. Everything about this is perfect. However, I think I received a kids version. I am only 4’ 11”, and it is far too short, it will not cover the gap on my neck at the top of the neck opening of my T shirt, leaving a slit to get sun burned. So disappointed to find the perfect drape for riding only to have it be for a little kid. I have dumped the net upside down looking for this brand in a longer version. I even thought of buying two, and possibly having someone custom sew the extra length on. It’s just way too short after the helmet straps pull in in tight, where your neck bends in back causes it to pull even shorter. It’s not long enough to drape down, or hang freely. Five more inches would be absolutely perfect.Despite these issues, this thing is really nice material, superb construction, awesome design with exchangeable bands. Wow! I say Wow, because I have tried numerous other neck covers, and none worked. This really is nice, it would be perfect for a kid. My head is 20 inches in diameter, and the shorter band is absolutely perfect. PLEASE, please! Make a real adult version, and I will be back for another.

Keeps me from being another red neck. Not that I don't love feeling myself become another leathery white dude, I'd like to not look like my old work boots.So keeps the sun off your neck, maybe some dust and pollen out of your nose.
